1 pound ground beef
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tspĀ  chili powder
3 tubes (8ozs each) refrigerated crescent rolls

 

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees..
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink and chilies. Using your Silpoura clip on strainer spout drain off grease into a disposal can.
  3. Add the cream cheese, cumin and chili powder. Cool slightly.
  4. Separate crescent rolls into 24 triangles.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon of beef mixture along the short end of each triangle: carefully roll up.
  6. Place point side down 2 inches apart on un greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 11 - 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Yield: 2 dozen.
